Wristband Registration
By registering your wristband, you agree to the policies below:
- Your wristband is your responsibility once issued. Keep it safe throughout the festival.
- Registered wristbands are eligible for replacement if lost. Wristbands that are not registered may not be eligible for replacement. Please visit the Main Box Office if you have any wristband-related issues. Ensure your wristband fits comfortably—one finger should fit between the band and your wrist. Wristbands cannot be loosened once secured.
- Wristbands must be worn securely for entry and cannot be removed, tampered with, or shared. Customers caught violating these rules may result in removal from the festival without a refund.
- By registering your wristband you agree to receive future contact regarding festival updates, information on other upcoming events, and other communications with participating sponsors and/or artist teams at Promoter discretion.
